Economic Damages in Wage Loss Matters
A discussion of the components of the economic damage calculations including mitigation, consumption, wages/salaries, fringe benefits, lost pension, medical expenses and life care planning. Also includes a discussion concerning possible strengths and weaknesses of plaintiff and defense expert reports. (1.5 CLE hours)
