Mr. Kirkendall has 30 years of experience preparing and analyzing expert reports and testifying in complex business litigation matters, including construction delay, partnership disputes, business disruption and destruction, and other commercial damages. He has also prepared and critiqued numerous expert reports in wage and benefit loss matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful termination. Mr. Kirkendall has been qualified as an expert in federal and state courts and has testified more than 200 times. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Nevada and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Kirkendall earned his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and his Master of Business Administration from Idaho State University.

Mr. Kirkendall is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Economic and Financial Experts, the Collegium of Pecuniary Damages Experts, the National Association of Forensic Economics, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Kirkendall is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeremiah concentrates his practice on commercial damage expert witness services, business valuation and turnaround consulting. His work is often performed within the context of commercial damages or personal injury litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax and financial reporting compliance, partnership or marital dissolution, and bankruptcy/restructuring.

Mr. Grant is an active member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts (AAEFE), the National Association of Forensic Economics (NAFE) and the Collegium of Pecuniary Damages Experts (CPDE).
