This course familiarizes the attendee with the basis for hedonic damage claims in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. Examples of situations in which such claims are often made as well the myriad fatal weaknesses in the underlying data and methodologies most often utilized. (1.5 CLE hours)
